Dr. Stephanie Million has led Vero Beach Medical Spa since 2020, after years as a hospital physician and a hospice medical director. Before medicine, she skated on the US National Figure Skating Team, until injuries to her spine and back surgery ended her career. Being a patient is what made her want to understand how the body works.

That background shapes how the practice runs: medical training behind every treatment, honest advice about what will and won't help, and enough time with each patient to get it right.

Most people come to us for one thing, then find the rest of their care is down the hall. You might start with Botox and join our direct primary care membership, or come in for your annual physical and ask about hormone therapy. Your providers work as one team, so your care stays connected.

Every treatment is planned by a licensed provider, with Dr. Million overseeing care. We'd rather tell you a treatment won't help than sell you one that won't.
