What is non-surgical skin tightening?
Non-surgical skin tightening uses radiofrequency energy, and in some treatments muscle stimulation, to firm loose skin and smooth fine lines without surgery. The heat makes existing collagen contract right away and prompts your skin to build new collagen and elastin over the next few months.

Who skin tightening is for
It suits adults with mild to moderate laxity on the face, neck or body, fine lines, rough texture or dull skin who don't want surgery or downtime. Significant sagging may still need a surgical consult, and we'll tell you honestly.
It isn't for you if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or another implanted electronic device, metal implants in the treatment area, or are pregnant.

What is TriLift?
triLIFT by Lumenis uses Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMSt™) to tone the facial muscles under the skin, combined with radiofrequency (TriPollar®) and FibroBoost™ for the skin itself, for a lifted, more defined look with no downtime. No numbing is needed for facial treatments. You can book it on its own, with or without RF microneedling, but we recommend a series of 5 sessions one week apart, with touch-ups as you like.
What is EXION?
EXION Face by BTL uses needle-free radiofrequency plus targeted ultrasound to firm skin and boost its natural hyaluronic acid. Most people need 3–4 sessions 4–6 weeks apart, and a series of 3 or more saves 15%.
What is AquaFirme?
AquaFirme XS is a 30-minute facial that cleanses and exfoliates, adds oxygen microbubbles and uses ultrasound to infuse plant-based EXO|E® serums, with no downtime.
Can you tighten loose neck skin without surgery?
Yes, for mild to moderate laxity. Radiofrequency treatments like EXION and Morpheus8 can firm neck skin over a series; significant sagging may still need a surgical consult.
How do I prepare, and is there downtime?
Come with clean skin and no makeup, stop retinoids and exfoliating acids for a few days before RF microneedling, and tell us about pacemakers, metal implants, fillers in the area, pregnancy or skin conditions. TriLift, AquaFirme and RF treatments have little or no downtime, while RF microneedling can cause 1–3 days of redness; afterwards wear SPF 30+ daily, drink water, skip saunas, hot tubs and heavy workouts for 24 hours, and call (772) 907-5848 if you notice blistering or unusual swelling.
